doesn't matter.. animal services and the human society is garbage here. i would not know what to do.
and if i ask for help i'll be ignored... if i call the non-emergency city numbers i'll be re-routed then told to call pest control.
plus i also can't attend to the animal's need and most vets in the area will laugh at me and probably fine me.
been there, done that. i do not want to run into any injured animal.
it's bad enough i have a sparrow issue on my balcony i feel helpless about this time of year.
:/ what a crock, it makes me angry.

@sighmeupforthat: I can understand that, same with our vets and animals shelters, they won't help something like a pigeon. It's sad, they're still living beings. They are the human of the bird world. An annoying but innocent pest. I at least hope I guided it away from an even worser death of being run over by a car..
