Two years ago we semi retired and moved. Yesterday we were doing a little more unpacking and found my alarm clock.

Thats not a bad idea, provided its not just going to be a big rusty eyesore on the back lot. I can understand it not being a favourite with the wife, although it would aleviate your current storage.
