Came before all others in time and order, the first.
Helped me cross the border into romantic love.
You were the balance to the strong pull
Of my introductory to a foreign connection.
You're the additional energy that was required to introduced
Me to a new side of affection.
I felt like a spacecraft passing the Karman Line embarking
on a Spaceflight.

If I were a space explorer then you would be Andromeda,
The nearest galaxy so captivating and appealing.
Or if in the dark I was taking a leisurely walk, promenade,
And I noticed your stellar character.
Your personality a system of fixed luminescence,
Each part of you enticing me to fall in love with you.
I adored your iridescence.
