it can be, people who can hold a decent convo, yes. people who just sort of talk at you, no.

@DancingStarGoddess: I hate peole who just talk at you. Who give no effort to get to know the other person. The worst, right?

@hideout: or people who refuse to take NO for an answer when the other person is clearly uninterested.
