You would think; the need for workers is there but the budget for more workers is non existent. Idk how that works in the states though @Wilbury:

Yea there is definitely demand and a lot of criticism on the healthcare system. I'm a nurse so this frustrates me to no end. There hasn't been an improvement to the budget in years. Universal health care here. I'd think in the states they actually be able to hire more staff though
