So if only 4% of the internet is visible to the general public... what do you think of the remaining 96%?

Very little of the internet is even in English. We just see our North American / English / Aussie / Kiwi section of it. Those populations combined come to less than 6% of the planet.

@MikefromEP: Ahh, I use an anonymity network sometimes, but only because my ISP is so restrictive. Even about sites that are perfectly suitable for work. I tend to stay out of the more shadowy areas, though.
