At what age does it get bad to tell a woman she looks older?

I'd say 20.

Not good at any age but some of the young teens are just chomping at the bit to look older.

@Paleandpolluted86: I looked younger than my age when I was 20 and I didn't like it then but when I was in my 40's people would tell me I looked 10 years younger than my age so that made me happy.
