@Vgore0304: some of the gyms in my area have nutritionists that will help with a plan. Anything like that where you are?

You don't need to starve yourself for that. Get a calorie tracker and it will tell you how much you can eat a day. If you stay within it. You will lose up to 2lbs a week. If your body goes into starvation mode. Your metabolism with slow down, and your body will store fats.
