Being thick is ok. Being thin is ok too. Do what makes you feel comfort ale in your skin, what boosts up your confidence, what embraces your natural beauty :) being either think or thin is okay as long as it's healthy. (:

Just go back to just "show up"...do a real light and small workout. Eventually with time it will increase back. :)
