Actually some people develop Alzheimer's in their 50s, and some maybe don't hit menopause till 55, so it's possible

@Soossie: No just searched about it, I forgot that estrogen seems to have a protective effect so I don't think premenpausal woman can develop Alzheimer's, sorry for the confusion!
