Rare for any author to be truly uniquely gifted.
Stephen King is an author but he's written the same story for the last thirty books ! Barbara Cartland, the same !
Not ALL musicians are THAT good. In fact few are exceptional.
Athletes i'd put near the bottom since their longevity is pretty brief and the truly gifted ones (carl Lewis; Joe Calzaghe; Steve Redgrave etc) are soon forgotten depending on who's currently being hyped.
