How does your account get locked here?

I tried to log into this account two months ago and was told it was locked and I'd receive a recovery email, I never got one. Now my second account it locked under the same circumstances. But I just now logged into my original account with no problem.

Use the wrong password enough and it will do that till they send you an e-mail and you straighten it out.

You were naughty and somebody reported you.
