I woke up last night with swollen feet ankles and calves didn't notice how swollen they were until daylight I'm homeless so I can't clip my toenails at the moment but I have skinny ankles and sorta skinny feet so this freaked me out when I saw how big and puffy everything is
I also had a burrito that was salty earlier yesterday and a few bites of nachos and 2 small bag of chips before that
