What does being drunk feel like?

I've never drunk alcohol and always wondered how drunk people feel when they're intocicated.

@LostInTheDesert: well yes, or maybe not? i drank alcohol once. 1 glass and i might have been tipsy but it was 3 am in the morning next to a campfire so i decided to go to sleep so i'll never know if i was sleepy or tipsy from the one glass.
