Why is apple cider vinegar so good for you?

Because it's alkaline in your body for one. Lots of pain is caused by too much acid in your body, I'd write more but have just woken up

Nope. It is acetic acid. That is an acid. Acids are acidic.

@Wilbury: Look obviously cider vinegar ran off with your wife or something you really seem to hate it. Raw cider vinegar is alkaline in your body, that's a fact look it up

I would invite you to look it up. Choose your source carefully though. The internet is full of bad science. Vinegar of any kind is acidic and can do nothing but make your body slightly more acidic until it is buffered in your bloodstream.
