That was my first thought too, Chechen Separatists. But they will somehow glue ISIS to this to justify being in Syria etc.

@Laifu1: This is the Kremlins excuse from the start. Claiming that Chechens are in Syria and trying to stamp them out invade they return.
Chechnya is govern by a puppet, Ramzan is Putins wagging tail. Ramzan betrayed the people of Chechnya. This has been a long arduous war and it seem like it's starting up again.
