Do you agree that certain restaurants should ban children under a certain age?

Reservations soar at restaurant that has BANNED children after losing patience with crying, screaming and misbehaving minors

A North Carolina restaurant's ban on children 5 and younger has seen a spike in diners.

Since banning young children, Caruso's, described as an upscale Italian restaurant in Mooresville, North Carolina, has seen reservations increase from 50 to 80 daily.....

There was one time a girl was reportedly using an iPad with the volume loud and her parents refused to turn it down after waitstaff asked them to, said Yoshi Nunez, the manager of Caruso’s restaurant.
'Finally, we had to ask them to leave. They were upset, but they didn’t seem to care about what the other guests thought,' Nunez told The Washington Post.

I think each restaurant should be able to set its own policy. After all, these are privately owned.

I think bars should also have the right to set a higher minimum age than required by law. I did see one which did not allow anyone under 25.

There is more than one definition of "kid", as anyone who has been to a bar with drunk college students knows.
