Do you need drugs and alcohol to feel alive?

apparently for some that answer would be yes..ppl who are being evaluated for medical mj are asked if they need it to function and have a better quality of life..issues like sleep eating being able to do adult daily living are assesed..PTSD is this year addressed under medical mj criteria
