I slept lie 12 hours last night and at 3am I was fairly rested,maybe that's why.

Yes, I have them very often. I think it's usually if I go to bed too early which I honestly never do. If I fall asleep around 11PM I'll have one. 😂

As a matter of fact, I have. The last time it happened was almost 30 years ago.
