Anyone here had a fear attack before?

For example when you sleep too much or go to bed too early and wake up mid night,I had one last night it was almost 3 am but I managed to get back to sleep.

Yes, I have them very often. I think it's usually if I go to bed too early which I honestly never do. If I fall asleep around 11PM I'll have one. 😂
