ummm, well, if the psych classes I've taken have anything to say about this....all folks have an 'ego'. The ego allows a person to get a handle on what 'identity' they choose to represent themselves in the culture or circumstance they are in.
So, it's a healthy thing that we have 'ego's'
I think your question refers to those people who you think are pushing their expectations or authority on you or others that you believe to be unwarranted.
In that case you run up against the tough choice of standing up for yourself.....and getting knocked down.............or finding ways to stand up for yourself so you can become your own Alpha Dog.
When people operate from the "ego" it sure ain't pretty, is it?
So...if you don't like this....it's time to explore other ways of being.

But. As u assumed..I am writing or asking this question purely based on my experience..Is a bit wrong. Well..I was asking about people who are like that. EGOISTIC.. but yea..Some of it is based in my own experience.
But whatever that ego I was talking about, is sure not nice..And people shouldn't be like that.
Well..I would like to learn .Ore about psychological aspect of what am I talking about. Wanna teach me.?
