Is SW going the way of EP in terms of the Mods not being able to handle the increasing number of creeps and trolls?

@NigelDoes: Thank you for your concern for the site but I believe that the mods (@Gentle153 & myself) will be able to keep a handle on them but it would really help if you see these trolls to use the flag feature so that we are aware of them faster :)

What do I do when I suspect a troll?

Unfortunately, all websites like SW have trolls and there is no easy way to stop them. We do our best to reduce/prevent them.

Every time you suspect that someone is a troll, please always use the "Report" button, so that admins can take an action quickly.

SW does a better job at trolls and fakes than EP did.

Maybe. Too soon to tell.But as it's popularity rises in Google search engines and such- more will come. Mainly out of curiosity. And the are not always the ones a site of this mature may want- or need. And that means they may be toxic to the place. The mistake will come when (and I hope not) they release the app. And I so hope they do not.

But it has got worse. Attention seekers are starting to arrive more. They are sickening. Get a life. Counting the beta- EP had a 10 year life. Rare for social media sites. Unless owned by a large conglomerate.

This may be getting too much for the mods. And we do not need volunteers-as EP had. But I have not heard of them hiring any more people. And with growth, that is a necessity.
