My healthy breakfast. What do you have for breakfast?

The reason I am asking this at quarter past 4, is I just did my mixes for grains and toppings for my hot cereal. I make enough for two weeks and just have to add liquid and stir when I am having it.

In sealable sandwich bag, combine;
I tablespoon of each

HOT CEREAL

BARLEY FLAKES
RYE FLAKES
QUICK OATS
SPELT FLAKES
QUICK OATS
OAT BRAN
BUCKWHEAT GROATS
BULGUR WHEAT
CHIA SEEDS
HEMP HEARTS

Just add 1 1/2 cups of whichever liguid you prefer.
Water, almond milk, coconut milk, and so on.

Heat until liquid is reduced.....
Add a teaspoon of honey, a mashed banana, berries

In second smaller bags
1 to 2 teaspoons of each;

TOPPINGS;

RAISINS
PEANUTS
SEASMA SEEDS, TOASTED
PUMPKIN SEEDS
SUNFLOWER SEEDS

Gotta love bulk stores that sell organic!

In addition to this I also have an egg, and usually a smoothie I will have made the night before and refrigerated.

Don't know why I am telling you all of this. I just like torturing you into reading it. Lol. Joking.

Yikes. I have water as soon as I wake up, which gets me through whichever exercise I am up to that morning before breakfast
Yeah I don't normally exercise till later in the day I don't usually have my first meal till around 1:30

@dreamingofoz: I couldn't wait that long. I like a good workout of some kind which makes me hungry, and then a good breakfast
@CassandraFemale17: Yeah I do what's called intermittent fasting so I usually eat all my days meals between 1-7 pm. In the beginning it was a little hard but it's been a few months and it really feels like the right way to eat but of course everybody is different and has different nutritional requirements

@dreamingofoz: I have never heard of that. But I know I do study better and perform in class better when I have eaten, and then I am not consumed with thinking about food. And I generally don't eat after 7pm, so my intermittent fast is twice what yours is. Mine is 12 hours, which sounds hardly intermittent at all. Lol
@CassandraFemale17: Well I eat from 1pm to 7pm then don't eat again till 1 pm the next day so the fast is actually closer to 18 hours. What I believe happens after a certain amount of time your body goes into a ketogenic state. I rarely ever feel hungry and I'm more energetic then I've ever been before. The first week was honestly really hard while my body was adjusting but now yeah I have to remind myself to eat sometimes haha.
