Store brand white bread loaf is about $1.00. Branded pre-packaged breads range from about $3 to $5. Fresh bread at a grocery store, not a specialty baker, about $5 and up.

Like 4 bucks, depending on the brand. (you can get it super cheap if it's just the store brand)

It depends where in America you are, and what kind of bread it is. But I would say, somewhere between $3 at the grocery, and $6 at specialty stores.
Holy shit. The answers here, so expensive!!!

Varies. Generic white bread is about $1.00. But the fancier types (sprouted wheat, rye, pumpernickel, sourdough, etc) run about $2.99 or so at our local Safeway grocery store.
