What's a good snack to eat late at night but won't keep you awake?

I instinctively go for chocolate and crisps because they're in packets and ready to eat... Being fat is to easy 😣😣

Oh yeah, no. Ive done that before. Chocolate has caffiene. I was like, "wtf cant i sleep???"

I'm a fan of milk. I use it when my blood sugar gets a bit too low. Drink a cup and wait 20 mins, and you prolly wont be hungry. Crackers and cheese; Turkey; PBJ; cottage cheese. Basically anything except processed junk, spicy foods, or sugary/caffeine filled foods. Though, some sugar is good...i forget the reason. Preferably high protein, low carb. You dont need many carbs before bed, since they're burned for fast energy, thus are more likely to be stored as fat, while you're inactive. Some protein before bed is always a good idea, though.
