Heat a cup of water in the microwave. Then add Stevia and lemon juice. It's quite comforting. I use it when my thyroid acts up and gives me brain fog. It's quite relieving.

Excess caffeine, sugar, or greasy food can be a culprit. Lack of quality sleep, and stress and anxiety can cause it, too. So, I guess figure out what might be the most likely cause and try to remedy it?
For me anxiety is usually the reason for my mind feeling foggy.

I don't know. It's something I struggle with often too.
