Do you live in a small town or a big city?

Indeed I do -- less expensive than the all too frequent hotel bills I had, and I have a brother in the second area, literally 1/2 mile away, so it's easy to lock the house up and have nieces and nephews collect the mail and papers for additional allowance money.

That always works out well. It's good to have someone to look after the house when you're not there. My parents have a relative not too far from their supposed winter house (they're hardly ever there) and it works out well since they like to use the pool, hence someone is there almost every day.

LOL -- no doubt. I think that I sneak off to my parents' winter house, as do my brothers and their families, more than my parents do.
