How to set a bank account?

Am I even old enough? I am 17 and I have two jobs but one of them used to pay me by card (but I quit) and now I'm coming back. The other job is still recent so I have not gotten a pay check for the past two weeks. I'm wondering if I should just get the money under an account.

yep and yep and go around town and ask many questions.

look at what accounts they have to offer and if you can afford it, do not be afraid to ask questions!

IE: how much do i need for this account?

IE: i make this much what account is best for my needs and salary.

watch out for smooth talking reps who make their bank sound like even god would open an account there.

keep tabs on penalties!

The earlier in life that you can start establishing bank records & credit records, the better it is for you. So, if the laws where you live permit it, yes, get a bank account opened.

If you can't (which under 18, prolly not) you can have a parent or guardian open one for you
