It was a high of about 70 degrees F today, in February. The average high is about 46 F.

Wow. Very nice.....we had an unusually warm day as well. Even though it was supposed to rain.

We need rain. The ground is all dry. The grass is all brown (yet it is winter, so often that is just because of the cold).
