It is good, yes. I downloaded it to my phone. I like it. I would prefer it over some of the other apps there are out there. I dont do kik or snapchat but I like whisper. You can post what you want, in different categories anonymously and it will give you a generated photo to go with your content or you can add your own. There are different group categories you can join also.
You may come across some weirdos too, but you don't have to give a response if they message you, you can either accept or reject them and block them too. You can reply to anyone's whisper and they can reply to yours as well, but you don't have to chat w/them in order to reply.
