Was Palestine ever a real Arab Nation? Is an 'Arab' Nation not intrinsically racist?

I know that Israel too has it's share of extremely biased ones so though over all I do suport them I am not in support of the extreme or zionist bullies that see themselves as a superior race.

Fair, however in the light of the evidence I have seen I don't see a strong zionist bully element or a superior racial attitude in any sort of majority.
