Not sure it was a nervous breakdown as much as his yugggge yet fragile ego tap dancing the way he knows how. If you think of his Presidency as just another one of his "business" ventures, it makes sense.

@Lizabee: Yes. The endgame will be fascinating/scary. I suppose those people hoping he'll fix healthcare/jobs etc. are the equivalent of condo buyers who lost a deposit or the communities he dropped his golf courses into with promises of jobs that never came.
