Gotta say Melania Trump looked stunning today

I'm not a fan of her husband, but that aside, Melania looked completely at ease, composed, elegant, and very much suited to her new role as First Lady.

Politics aside, I wish her all the best.

And yes I know they are rich, so don't bother lecturing me that anyone with that much money can do it. They can't. I can't. You can't.

But she did, and she is, and she looked like a lovely representative for the USA.

What did you think about the former 1st lady Michelle Obama?
CassandraFemale17 · 26-30, F
Loved her, and I still do.

I also thought Laura Bush was an excellent First Lady too, and I still do. I'm too young to remember Hillary Clinton as First Lady.

First Ladies almost humanize their husbands for us. We can like them, while not being fans of their husbands.

Michelle Obama Rocked!

@Stereoguy: Right, the value of a women is her looks?
CassandraFemale17 · 26-30, F
@Stereoguy: I wasn't talking 'pretty' at all. You're a guy. You think like a guy.

When I say she was stunning, it was the whole package, grace, dignity, yes looks, yes outfit, but poise, deportment, charm, and ease.

Jackie Kennedy was magazine-beautiful when she was young and in the White House. Perfect skin, face, hair, smile, and oozed class and grace. But she was steel beneath a very soft and projected vulnerability. Her soft spoken public voice was not the voice she used in private.

But yes, very beautiful.
@GoldenWorm: I agree : /

I think every first lady should be celebrated.

@Stereoguy: who cares about looks? Roselyn Carter was lovely. Barbara Bush was lovely. Lady Byrd Johnson was lovely and so was Pat Nixon. But I'm not talking looks.

You're pretty shallow
@CassandraFemale17: I don't think being a guy has anything to do with it. It's just shallow.

@GoldenWorm: thank you. Loved your comment!

@GundamWing: nice comment. I agree.

@Stereoguy: noooooo.

Because you said this....

"She can't even compare with Melania. She is probably the prettiest first lady ever"

@GundamWing: you are right. I stand corrected. There are millions of real men who would never have let their minds go there. Thank you for being one of many

@CassandraFemale17: Your post starts with "Gotta Say Melania Trump Looked Stunning Today." That seems to be about looks to me.
It's more of an opinion actually. and it came off as rude and shallow.
CassandraFemale17 · 26-30, F
@Stereoguy: it hasn't hurt my feelings at all. You said it. It reflects you. Not me.

@SweetMae: She also the describes her full demeanor and compliments her as first lady. "Melania looked completely at ease, composed, elegant, and very much suited to her new role as First Lady." It was a classy statement based on her opinion of Mrs. Trump.
CassandraFemale17 · 26-30, F
@Stereoguy: good points. You're not nailed to the cross. Yet. So get down. Lol
JaggedLittlePill · 46-50, F
@CassandraFemale17: But you ARE discussing their looks. Everything you have said is praise for how "beautiful" they are.

What did they do for the country?

What is Melania doing for the country?
CassandraFemale17 · 26-30, F
@JaggedLittlePill: she sleeps with the orangutan. And hopefully pleases him. Otherwise we would be even more F'ed.

That's what she does for the country
