They need everything explained to them. If you bend over while tossing your hair and throwing an over the shoulder smile their way...be sure to also tell them (in words) it's okay to approach you.

This could not be more true lol. Especially when I was around that age range of 18-21. I couldn't pick up a signal if it hit my foot.
