if you mean Canada, Canadian troops fought along side British & Australian (and I believe Indian Troops, in WW1 at least). They were in both wars from the beginning, several years ahead of US involvement. 1914-1917 and 1939-1945. Close to 61,000 Canadian soldiers died in WW1 and 45,000 in WW2 which considering the small size of Canada's population is significant.

If it is Canada, they were also the very first to respond to 9/11 with "we are in" and yes, were in both wars before the U.S.
