Scrape together some cash doing fieldwork or odd jobs for your neighbors, after you get enough hire a driver and go to a city, once there find a shelter or make a deal with a landlord. Ask religious organizations for any services they may provide or programs offered in the area. It won't be fun or easy, but if you really want to go then you will find a way.
