Real, of course. Fake ones always look like they belong on someone else, to me, typically because they are out of proportion to the body.
But (no pun intended--I swear) I'm more of a butt guy, myself. When it comes (again--no pun intended) to boobs, more than a mouthful is a waste. :-)
