Well people like Trump who claims to be a conservative don't spend money conservatively. Most of the conservative people like that are only conservative when it comes to paying the people that work for them. They don't believe that the average person should have enough money to spend foolishly on things like real gold in wallpaper. But they do. They are just conservative with the money they spend for employees.
