I keep collecting joys in my experiences ... most often.

Yours?

Of late (few years) I've been peaceful but not joyful...
@Unlearn: Most often a single thought / emotion tends to destroy every thing within us. Joy and happiness being human nature, it is our duty to sustain it by keeping a right perspective and not giving in to over thinking.

Imho.

@Silentspectator: But I have created a distance between ny thoughts and me...so they don't have that kind of impact on me.
@Unlearn: I guess another way to enjoy a joyous life would be to express it heartily. Maybe put a hold to that comparison thing within (What if types)- if it is there coz am sharing on generic basis.
@Unlearn: The point is to be one (in context of your thoughts and you) and not drift apart, again imho.

@Silentspectator: I thought this is a positive development...
@Unlearn: If its doing good to you, then sustain. 👍

@Silentspectator: I think the earlier advise was relevant...need to open my heart more :-)
@Unlearn: Whatever floats your boat. I send you light and blessings.

@Silentspectator: :-)

@Silentspectator: Because I feel more joyful when I act on my heart...and there are no thoughts at that time.
@Unlearn: It is obvious. Bests.
