do you believe in ghosts?

do you have any ghost stories... last year when i stopped over my friends house late february. we were outside of the farm house that he stayed in.. he went indoors i followed him a few minutes later. i walked into the house it leads into the kitchen and from there it branches into the living room or a hall way to the bathroom or stairs to the second floor where the bedrooms are. i didnt see my friend around downstairs so i went up stairs to see if he went to his room.. when i got up there his bedroom door was shaking violently... i called out to him but no one answered. so i thought that was a bit weird so i went down stairs and seen he was standing by the porch.

There are a lot of things I believe in, and I'm very open to paranormal possibilities. One WWII veteran told me that they had backup fighting the German forces and he was an 18 year old private in 1944. They were losing it, but they got reinforcement sent from the headquarters. When the battle ended, their lieutenant called the headquarters, and they said the reinforcements would arrive in 6 hours. Everyone was at shock, becuse the guys who helped them were nowhere. When they validated the records of people who helped them, from what they remember, they were all dead 26 years ago, during WWI. I don't know how far the story is true, but sounds quite interesting. You may not believe in it, but I'm open to possibilities. We just don't know the world enough we are living in to arrive on any conclusion.
