@amrit19901990: yeah but as i said, it depends on the individual too, i don't think a person talented enough with good education will have a problem in finding a job, but then obviously unemployment is a big issue

and everyone is talented in his or her own way, not everyone cracks IIT or IIM,we just have to choose the right field and work our way into that
