Ever found someone you thought was the only one who cared about you and loved you?

I went thru this. My ex is a narcissist, he lied about everything and used me. I was in denial about the monster he really is, I couldn't believe that someone could be so cruel. But now that I know it helps. I beat myself up for ever falling for his bullshit and it's made the healing process take damn near forever. He was emotionally abusive and it's destroyed my self-esteem. Just take it one day at a time. You're going to have pain and bad days but soon the bad days will be less and less. I am sorry you are going thru this, try to focus on healing yourself and making yourself happy. Much love ❤
