I had the same thing happen to me, just ghosted me. Took me over a year to feel normal again, but i'm so much stronger now as a result. It was a weakness i had that needed to be strengthened in order to be in a good relationship in the future.
Don't beat yourself up for feeling like you've been used, it sucks these people exist but they do and its not just you, so don't be hard on yourself. Your heart will be strong after this, and it'll give you the power to walk away or not to put up with things that don't work for you. I feel for you though, i know just how dark it can get so believe me when i say i understand, its like no other feeling in the world. But don't dwell on it, get it out of your system and start the healing process. Use it as an opportunity to find yourself again and solidify what you will and won't stand for in a person, and also realise that some people in your life like this one aren't worth keeping around or associating with, its good because once you see it in one person you can identify it in others. You'll be fine, it just takes time..
