orgasm,melatonin supplement,magnesium, hard days work or a good exercise over the day. shut off all electronics..lights... silence.. a balance in temperature..not too hot and not too cold.. go to bed clean..warm bath or shower before bed..

and make sure you don't drink too much caffeine over the day ..try some relaxing teas like sleepy time or chamomile .. and practice meditation daily if you can .. an hour everyday at least .. it's going to relax your mind and body more and more over time so you can handle stressful situations better and it's going to be easier to fall asleep.
