While I'm not interested in women, if I were I would simply call them by their names, since that's what I would do if I were interested in a man. I feel names work just fine.

@EasyBlue: I'm not fond of slang. At times, it can seem rather demeaning or just childish to me. I prefer calling people by their names or their gender as opposed to something they might not be fond of.
