Yes. I did it for a Facebook contest once. A whole bunch of people with a different alphabet than ours who will click on anything you ask them to.

how does it work?

Google it find a shady provider and send money by paypal. Then a bunch of people will request to follow you. When I did it I could have paid more to get Anglo sounding names but I did not. You should because your purpose will not be met unless the names seem like they could be real friends.
