Yeah. Promoting it, through a promoter. Look on twitter for social network promoters or on Instagram itself.

@HolyGuacamole: Oh jeez, I have tons of people trying to get me to promote them because I'm an author and online DJ so. Wouldn't imagine how many people promote user wise would want you to use their service just to pay for their service. Weird thing is a lot of cheap ones are really popular.
