Do you have some of those days where you get really down?

Not anymore. I do get sleepy very quickly, but not sad or depressed. The worst thing I have is bouts of anxiety, brought on by nothing. Luckily, I've learned to deal with the symptoms and breathe through the stupid things. I used to think I was having heart attacks. Went to hospital a few times, before the doctors finally told me that what I was having were anxiety attacks and one of them gave me a pamphlet on dealing with anxiety. It worked.

@popmol: no. I do lots, but not like I used to do when I was younger and what I do, tires me more quickly than it used to,,but I fight the sleepiness. I don't want to get to where I'm sleeping my life away. I'm old, but I'm not going to roll over and play dead, until I'm actually dead.

@popmol: nobody knows how they will leave life even those who choose suicide, can't know, until the moment of death, and then, it's too late.

I don't know, and don't want to know. My hope is that I will say to someone, "Goodnight, see you in the morning" and they will be my last words. When I wake up in the morning, I'll see my body being carried away in a bag.

@popmol: ah, you meant after I'm dead. No. No fanfare,,no bang. Just a quite cremation and ashes scattered to the wind in a forest somewhere. Or mixed with pitying soil and a plant growing in it.
