@ooooooimaghost: Taking power naps will energize you in the short run, and then you will gradually get more and more tired. Sleeping 12 hours literally hurts your brain, it will have you feel exhausted when you wake up because it's tasking to sleep for so long, that's like a coma. Combining the two will have severe effects on your psyche as it NEEDS a strict schedule of sleep. 8 hours every night will have the best effect.
