- look at some techniques you can apply to relax. I don't just mean chilling out, but actively doing something that will relax you. It could be yoga, meditation, or anything else from a large range of techniques that work for some people. Find a technique that works for you. The beyondblue site has quite a few on it.
- consider how you are dealing with anger or frustration in your life. I'm getting a hint that you may be keeping it internal instead of dealing with it. The only techniques I can recommend here is talking to people about what has upset you (that can actually upset the person you are talking to) or writing it down like in a diary (you 'talk' it out). Though I've heard that exercise can help. I suggest you try googling 'anger management'
